Namyangju Wangsuk Jingeon Enterprise Relocation Complex to Begin 'Loss Compensation Consultation Contract' from the 4th
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will begin conducting loss compensation negotiation contracts from the 4th for the Jin-geon 1 and 2 Enterprise Relocation Complexes in Namyangju Wangsuk, Gyeonggi Province.
The Jin-geon 1 and 2 Enterprise Relocation Complexes in Namyangju Wangsuk are jointly developed by Gyeonggi Province, GH (20%), and LH (80%) over an area of 723,000㎡ (approximately 220,000 pyeong) in the Jin-gwan, Songneung, and Yongjeong-ri areas of Jin-geon-eup.
GH previously incorporated the area into the Namyangju Wangsuk Public Housing District in September last year, announced the compensation plan in March this year, and conducted appraisals from July to November to calculate the compensation amount.
The compensation contracts will be operated through an online reservation system (compensation contract reservation system on the GH website) for customer convenience, and compensation payments will be made after the ownership transfer registration.
