In the first week of December, a total of 9,879 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 3rd, a total of 9,879 households across 12 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the first week of December. Among them, 9,475 households are for general sale.
Major complexes include 'Mapo Prugio Urban Peace' in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 'Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park Complex 6' in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju, Chungbuk, and 'Busan Eco Delta City Dieter Grand Luce' in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, where subscription applications will be accepted.
Model houses are scheduled to open at two locations: 'Cheonggye Riverview Xi' in Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and 'Tangjeong Daekwang Rosebiang Central' in Baebang-eup, Asan-si, Chungnam.
HDC Hyundai Development Company will pre-sell 'Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park Complex 6' in 330 Gagyeong-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk. It will be developed on a scale of 946 households across 8 buildings, ranging from 84 to 116 square meters in exclusive area, with 2 basement floors and up to 29 floors above ground. Together with the previously sold 'Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park Complexes 1 to 5,' it is expected to form a large-scale brand town.
The complex offers easy access to downtown Cheongju via the 2nd and 3rd Ring Roads. It is well connected to the metropolitan transportation network including the Gyeongbu and Jungbu Expressways, Cheongju Express Bus Terminal, and Intercity Bus Terminal. Convenience facilities such as NC Department Store, Lotte Mart, and Homeplus are nearby, and schools including Seohyeon Elementary and Middle Schools and Gyeongdeok Elementary and Middle Schools are densely located within a 1 km radius from the center of the complex.
GS Construction plans to pre-sell 'Cheonggye Riverview Xi,' redeveloped in the area of 108-1 Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 14 buildings with a total of 1,670 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, of which 797 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.

This is a station-area complex within walking distance of Dapsimni Station on Subway Line 5 and Sindap Station on Line 2.
