Special Lecture and Discussion on Women's Career Development
Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) announced on the 29th that it held the Leisure Industry Public Enterprise Women Leadership Academy 'Empathy + (Plus)' at the GKL Talent Development Institute, attended by 30 female managers from three organizations: GKL, Kangwon Land, and Korea Racing Authority.

The event was held under the theme "Adding Confidence, Responsibility, and Happiness to Women Leaders of Public Enterprises," featuring Professor Baek Ji-yeon from Ewha Womans University’s Department of International Office Administration, an expert in human resource development, who gave a special lecture on women's career development followed by a discussion session.
