The project recruited 100 elderly participants aged 65 and over and formed a "Self-Solution Team" composed of local residents and experts to early detect cognitive and muscle loss risk groups among participants and share information with caregivers through a digital care service. It received positive evaluations by proposing solutions to social problems through health management and reduction of social and economic costs.
