Honda Korea Hosts Maintenance Skills Competition... Winner is Busan Dealer
Honda Korea announced on the 25th that it held the 15th Honda CS (Customer Satisfaction) Contest at the Honda Training Center in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. This competition, which has been held since 2005 to strengthen customer service capabilities, was divided into five categories: general maintenance, regular inspection, parts, body and paint (BP), and service advisor. Winners were selected in each category through written and practical tests. About 150 participants, including representative players and employees selected from official Honda automobile dealers nationwide, attended. In the general maintenance category, the dealer from the Suwon Gwanggyo area won, while the dealer from Busan won in the regular inspection, parts, and service advisor categories. The BP category was won by the dealer from Daegu. The overall championship was claimed by the Busan dealer.
