View original imageJije Station Semiconductor Valley is an urban development project area established as a residential area close to the workplace, located 950 meters in a straight line from Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, the world's largest semiconductor production line (based on East Gate P2). Approximately 620,000㎡ of land in the Gajae-dong area of Pyeongtaek City is being developed to accommodate about 4,900 households and a population of 12,700.
Surrounding the complex are the Pyeongtaek Songtan General Industrial Complex and Pyeongtaek Jangdang General Industrial Complex adjacent to Samsung Electronics, and the development of a high-tech industrial complex (planned) and KAIST Pyeongtaek Campus is also underway.
The transportation environment is convenient with Jije Station, where Subway Line 1 and the SRT line pass nearby. In 2025, the KTX from Suwon will stop here, adding a metropolitan route, and it has been designated as a pilot project for a future-type transfer center, expected to become a major transportation hub representing the southern metropolitan area. In particular, benefits from the extension of GTX-A and C lines are also anticipated.
The complex is the largest among the three residential blocks within Jije Station Semiconductor Valley. It is connected to a neighborhood park of about 7,700 pyeong (approximately 25,440㎡), and elementary school and kindergarten sites are planned nearby. Residents will also have access to lifestyle infrastructure such as large marts, cinemas, and Ajou University Hospital (planned).
Ssangyong Construction plans to arrange all units mainly facing south and introduce a 4-bay slab-type design. Additionally, a 100% underground parking lot design will be implemented to create a park-style complex. Furthermore, facilities such as the first indoor swimming pool (4 lanes) within Jije Station Semiconductor Valley, sauna, fitness center, golf practice range, residents' cafe, as well as daycare centers, senior citizen centers, community care centers, and two Mom Stations will be provided.
