Israel-Hezbollah Ceasefire in Effect: "Quiet at Southern Border"
As Israel and Hamas entered a four-day ceasefire, the clashes at the Israel-Lebanon border also came to a halt.
AFP reported, citing Lebanon's national news agency NNA and local residents, that the southern region of Lebanon bordering Israel became quiet again on the 24th (local time).
The U.S. Embassy in Lebanon also posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the Israel-Lebanon border area had been quiet for 12 hours.
