"I'll Take You Home"... Police Officer Booked on Charges of Sexual Harassment Against a Woman
The Gwangju Seobu Police Station announced on the 24th that they have booked and are investigating Police Officer A from the Yeonggwang Police Station in Jeollanam-do on charges of sexual assault for molesting a woman who was drinking with him.
Officer A is accused of molesting Ms. B, a woman who was drinking with him, in front of a pub in Chipyeong-dong, Seo-gu, at around 2:40 a.m. the previous day.
It is reported that Officer A took Ms. B out of the entertainment bar, saying he would escort her home, and then molested her. The police, who responded to the report, accompanied Officer A from the scene on a voluntary basis.
