DB Life Wins Grand Prize in Two Categories at the 16th Korea Communication Awards
DB Life received two grand prizes at the Korea Communication Awards.
On the 24th, DB Life announced that it won the grand prize in the Life Insurance category of the Korea Social Media Awards and the grand prize in the Character Content category of the Korea Digital Content Awards at the 16th Korea Communication Awards held at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
Hosted by the Korea Internet Communication Association and supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Korea Communication Awards are selected through evaluations by professional judges and customer panels based on the Content Competitiveness Index and Communication Index.
In this evaluation, DB Life’s official Instagram channel earned points for the originality, distinctiveness, and customer engagement of its character content. Content utilizing DB Life’s flagship brand ‘Baeknyeon Chingu’ and the character ‘Uriduri,’ as well as events and challenges involving direct customer participation, were highly praised.
DB Life strengthens empathy and communication with customers by holding regular meetings with an advisory group composed of internal employees to share ideas and discover various useful lifestyle information, exercise, and location recommendations aligned with current trends.
