Namhae-gun Appoints Investment Attraction Advisor... Boosts Large-Scale Private Investment Attraction Activities

Namhae-gun, Gyeongnam Province, has appointed Lee Sang-hoon, CEO of Golden Hills, as the first investment attraction advisor of the 8th local government administration.
Namhae-gun expects that the appointment of the investment attraction advisor will give new momentum to large-scale private investment attraction activities that create synergy effects with the ‘Namhae?Yeosu Undersea Tunnel’ project.
CEO Lee graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Hongik University and worked for over 30 years at Daelim Industrial, one of the top five construction companies in Korea. He is an expert in architecture, having successfully constructed projects such as the Acro Vista mixed-use complex in Seoul. Additionally, he has a broad personal network in the cultural and arts sectors, having directly built and operated Cheongju’s first multiplex cinema.
At the appointment ceremony held on the 23rd, Investment Attraction Advisor Lee Sang-hoon said, “I will do my best together with Namhae-gun to fully utilize the expertise and capabilities I have accumulated so far to lead to successful investment attraction.”
Governor Jang Chung-nam said, “We expect that the advice and consultation from the investment attraction advisor will give new momentum to private investment attraction activities, and we ask for your efforts to revitalize investment attraction in Namhae-gun.”
Meanwhile, Namhae-gun plans to overcome the potential shortage of public funds caused by the recent domestic and international economic downturn through active private investment attraction.
