About 100 people attended the event to celebrate the successful work settlement of employees with disabilities. Families of Pulmuone Together employees toured the workplace where their children work to encourage their growth as skilled workers and members of society, and participated in a buffet banquet prepared by Pulmuone Together. Pulmuone also presented Pulmuone products as gifts to the families who participated in the tour program.

Employees with disabilities working at Pulmuone Together are responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packaging six product items, including 100% water ice packs used for packaging refrigerated products across all Pulmuone affiliates, and online delivery packaging of Pulmuone Natto products.

Among the 22 people with disabilities (20 with severe disabilities) hired in the first round in June, all were converted to full-time employees after customized training and probation periods. The 17 people with severe disabilities hired in the second round last month completed supported employment training and are currently undergoing probationary work. Pulmuone provides commuting buses for employees with disabilities and offers the same welfare benefits as those provided by Pulmuone Food & Culture.

Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Pulmuone Food & Culture, said, "We will strive harder so that more people with disabilities can demonstrate their abilities in the workplace and create happiness and hope through economic independence."
