At Signiel Seoul's 'Pastry Salon,' Christmas ornaments, cakes depicting snowy landscapes, and mini cakes shaped like Rudolph and polar bears will be sold. You can find the 'Christmas Ornament Box,' which pays homage to tree decorations using Valrhona Ivoire white chocolate and other ingredients layered with blueberry filling in a cheesecake, and the 'White Mont Blanc,' which represents a snowy landscape with chestnut vanilla ganache and vanilla cream. Additionally, mini cakes priced around 20,000 KRW made with cherry ganache and Baileys ganache are also available.
At Signiel Busan's 'Pastry Salon,' you can find various cakes including the signature Christmas cake of the season, the 'Christmas Tree,' as well as finger and cube cakes. The 'Christmas Tree' cake, reminiscent of a snow-covered tree, features a cream harmonizing cocoa flavor and vanilla aroma topped with jasmine mousse, almonds, and meringue. The 'Christmas Wreath' expresses a circular Christmas tree decorated with cream cheese mousse, pistachio dacquoise, and fresh strawberries. Finger and cube Christmas cakes are also available for purchase.
