According to AP News and others on the 20th (local time), "TGL, which was scheduled to launch on January 9 next year, will now open in 2025 due to a recent collapse accident of the stadium dome roof." TGL, which will feature world golf stars, was planned to be held at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA. However, on the 16th, an electrical supply problem caused the air-inflated SoFi Center roof to collapse. McIlroy, who co-led TGL with Woods, said, "We are disappointed that the league has been postponed, but we will regroup and come back focused."
