Innocean announced on the 20th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic collaboration with ADK, a major Japanese advertising agency.

The MOU signing ceremony held at ADK headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, was attended by top executives from both companies, including Lee Yong-woo, CEO of Innocean, and Toshiya Oyama, Chairman and Group CEO of ADK Holdings. They signed a strategic agreement to explore new business opportunities, joint investment plans, and exchange creative capabilities.
Founded in 1956, ADK is a large full-service advertising agency operating 11 branches within Japan and global subsidiaries in 13 countries, in addition to its Tokyo headquarters. Through this MOU, Innocean and ADK will form a mutual cooperation team to exchange differentiated creative resources and capabilities, discover new business opportunities, and review joint investment plans, committing to full-scale collaboration. Innocean plans to actively create new business opportunities in the Japanese market while serving as a foothold for various domestic companies seeking to enter Japan.

Lee Yong-woo, CEO of Innocean, said, "Partnering with a highly capable company is essential for entering the Japanese advertising market," adding, "this partnership will further strengthen Innocean's 'Asia Creative Hub' project." Innocean has previously signed MOUs with major agencies in Asian countries such as Singapore and Thailand.
