This service uses generative AI to analyze a portion of the accumulated reviews in the Baemin app and, based on this analysis, suggests various menu options to customers. This enables customers to conveniently explore menus and is expected to increase orders by expanding store exposure areas for partner merchants.
Woowa Brothers plans to enhance the AI-based menu recommendation feature within Baemin and expand the application areas in the future. Additionally, they intend to extend the Azure OpenAI Service to areas requiring text or image services based on generative AI.
