Mayfield Hotel Nakwon, Curly Selected as 'Seoul-style Bulgogi Guide' Store
Nakwon, a Korean restaurant operated by Mayfield Hotel Seoul, announced on the 14th that it has been listed in Curly's 'Seoul-style Bulgogi Guide' store.
The Seoul-style Bulgogi Guide is part of Curly's 'Bulgogi Lovers Project,' which curates the dining experiences both 'inside the home' and 'outside the home' necessary to properly enjoy bulgogi. They visited restaurants in the Seoul area that serve Seoul-style bulgogi and selected 30 places with exceptional taste and customer experience. Among them, 9 locations will receive the Purple Emblem provided by Curly.
Nakwon, featured in Curly's Seoul-style Bulgogi Guide, opened in 1984 and is recognized as a renowned galbi (grilled ribs) establishment. Nakwon's signature menu includes the '1984 Nakwon Special Large Galbi' and '1984 Nakwon Special Marinated Large Galbi,' as well as the 'Chef's Special Korean Beef Assortment,' which gathers rare cuts available only in small quantities from one cow. Korean beef bulgogi is also famous as a gourmet dish.
Nakwon's Korean beef bulgogi boasts a tender texture and high quality through an aging method that reflects Nakwon's long experience and secret recipe. The special marinade sauce, developed by blending various ingredients such as pear, apple, ginseng, and garlic, brings out the natural healthy flavors of the ingredients. Its unique umami and tender meat quality make it enjoyable and accessible for people of all ages and genders.
