KB Kookmin Bank Ranks First in 2023 National Customer Satisfaction Survey for Commercial Banks

View original imageKB Kookmin Bank announced on the 8th that it has been selected as the No.1 commercial bank in the commercial bank sector for the 17th time, the first among commercial banks, in the 2023 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center.
The NCSI survey is a customer satisfaction measurement index jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States, using the same measurement method as the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
KB Kookmin Bank aims to be the "No.1 trusted financial platform for customers" by completing an omni-channel system where face-to-face and non-face-to-face channels are organically connected, thereby expanding customer touchpoints. It also enhances customer contact competitiveness and provides differentiated customer experiences by introducing services such as '9To6 Bank.'
Since 2021, the bank has been conducting mobile customer experience surveys to monitor customers' actual usage experiences across products, systems, services, and branch environments. It also continuously surveys users of non-face-to-face channels such as KB Star Banking and the customer center to reflect their opinions in operational sites.
