GH, Supply of 97 Existing Housing Purchase Rental Units
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants for its existing housing purchase rental project to stabilize housing for vulnerable groups in the province.
The existing housing purchase rental project involves purchasing and renovating existing multi-family houses, multi-unit houses, officetels, and other types of housing, then offering them at rents lower than market prices.
The houses available this time are a total of 97 units across 15 cities and counties including Gunpo, Bucheon, Seongnam, Suwon, Siheung, Anseong, Anyang, Yongin, Pyeongtaek, Gapyeong, Namyangju, Yangpyeong, Yeoju, Gimpo, and Dongducheon.
Eligibility for tenancy requires that the household’s average monthly income be 150% or less of the previous year’s average monthly income of urban workers per household (initially 70% or less), and the household must be without homeownership.
The contract period is initially 2 years, with the possibility of residence for up to 20 years if renewal conditions are met. Rent is approximately 30% of the surrounding market price.
Applications for tenancy are accepted from December 4 to 7, and must be submitted by registered mail. However, for information-vulnerable groups such as persons with disabilities and the elderly, reservation-based in-person applications are accepted.
