Pro-Specs announced on the 8th that it has launched the trekking shoe series ‘Cross Gear’ to welcome the autumn foliage season.
The ‘Cross Gear’ series consists of two models: ‘Cross Gear High’ and ‘Cross Gear BX.’ They feature water-resistant functionality and apply a non-slip rubber compound outsole called ‘MAX GRIP,’ which is suitable for Korean terrain, providing optimal traction on various surfaces.
Additionally, the toe cap (front part) and heel areas are reinforced with rubber sheets and TPR material, which offers excellent elasticity and durability, protecting the feet during rugged outdoor activities. The midsole’s inner part includes a high-hardness torsion bar to prevent twisting and enhance stability.
The Cross Gear High features a new outsole with a tactical concept, evoking the rugged feel of ‘military walkers,’ and uses natural nubuck leather, which is typically reserved for premium trekking shoes, to increase durability. As a high-cut trekking shoe that covers the ankle, it provides stable ankle support and prevents foreign substances from entering, making it ideal for long-distance trekking. The Cross Gear BX is equipped with a Boa dial for quick and precise fitting tailored to the shape of the foot. The upper uses ripstop fabric, offering a soft fit and excellent durability.
