[Breaking] G-Dragon Denies Drug Charges, Appears at Police Station
Singer G-Dragon (35, real name Kwon Ji-yong), who is accused of drug use, was summoned by the police on the 6th.
Kwon, who is suspected of violating the Narcotics Control Act, voluntarily appeared at the Narcotics Crime Investigation Division office of the Incheon Police Agency located at the Nonhyeon Police Station in Incheon in the afternoon, accompanied by his lawyer. It has been 15 days since he was booked as a suspect.
The police conducted a preliminary reagent test on Kwon to first confirm whether he had used drugs, then collected urine and hair samples to request a detailed analysis from the National Forensic Service.
They also secured his mobile phone through voluntary submission and plan to investigate his relationship with a current doctor who allegedly supplied drugs to Kwon via A (29, female, detained), a manager of an entertainment establishment in Gangnam, Seoul.

So far, Kwon has completely denied the allegations, stating, "I have not used drugs," and expressed his intention to "actively cooperate with the investigation authorities."
