The high calories, cholesterol, and fat in bubble tea are believed to have increased the risk of gallstones. The calorie content of bubble tea ranges from an average of 270 kcal to as much as 450 kcal. This is comparable to or even exceeds the 310 kcal in a bowl of cooked rice. Excessive bubble tea consumption caused abnormalities in her body.
Gallstones are broadly classified into cholesterol gallstones and pigment gallstones depending on their composition. Cholesterol gallstones are hardened crystals formed due to excessive cholesterol.
