Korea Real Estate Board Receives Minister of the Interior and Safety Award at 'Korea Safety Awards'
The Korea Real Estate Board (President Son Tae-rak) was selected as an excellent company in the field of safety management at the '22nd Korea Safety Awards' held on the 2nd at Ferrum Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, and received the Minister of the Interior and Safety Award.
Hosted by the National Fire Agency, the 'Korea Safety Awards' recognize outstanding organizations and contributors who have led safety management efforts. The Korea Real Estate Board received the 'Minister of the Interior and Safety Award' in the excellent company category.

View original imageThe 'Excellent Company Award' category, which the Korea Real Estate Board won, is open only to organizations that have had no fire and disaster-related damages in the past three years and whose industrial accident rates are below the industry average. Final awardees are selected through a three-stage evaluation by a panel of safety and disaster experts across seven fields and 49 criteria.
The Korea Real Estate Board was recognized for establishing a systematic safety management system, including setting safety and health management policies and related internal regulations. Additionally, it received high evaluations for facility management to prevent fires, identifying and improving risk factors to prevent accidents, and fulfilling responsibilities under safety and health laws.
In particular, it has established a constant emergency safety system by conducting thorough fire safety inspections to prevent fires and is striving to enhance employees' safety awareness through various safety culture activities.
