Gwangjin-gu Recruiting 169 Participants for the '2024 Disabled Persons Job Project'
169 Full-time, Part-time, and Welfare Jobs Available... Applications Accepted from November 6 to 17... Expanding Social Participation Opportunities and Supporting Economic Independence for People with Disabilities
Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will recruit participants for the "2024 Disabled Employment Project" from the 6th to the 17th of this month.
The district is promoting the employment project to help people with disabilities achieve independence through social participation and income support.
The number of recruits for 2024 is a total of 169, an increase of 14 compared to 2023.
The recruitment fields are ▲Full-time 50 people (administrative assistant welfare service support) ▲Part-time 36 people (administrative assistant welfare service support) ▲Welfare jobs 73 people (office assistance, environment cleaning, etc.) ▲Developmental disability care assistant jobs 10 people (meal, walking, and mobility support).
Applicants must be unemployed persons with disabilities aged 18 or older, registered under the Disabled Welfare Act, residing in Seoul.
Those who wish to participate can download the application form, participant information confirmation form, and personal information consent form from the Gwangjin-gu Office website, fill them out, and then visit the Social Welfare and Disabled Affairs Division of Gwangjin-gu Office with their ID to apply in person.
Successful candidates will be selected through a first document screening and a second interview. From January 2024, they will work for one year at the district office, community service centers, and disability welfare institutions, with wages applied at the 2024 minimum wage of 9,860 KRW per hour.
The final results will be individually notified to successful candidates on December 6 and posted on the district office website. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Social Welfare and Disabled Affairs Division.
