Hanwha Life is recruiting new employees for 2024.
Hanwha Life announced on the 1st that it will accept applications for new employees from the 6th to the 19th.
This recruitment will be conducted through the 'BreakFAST' program, where candidates undergo a total of 6 weeks of internship between January and February 2024 and then join the company in July next year. Final successful candidates will receive employment confirmation 5 months before joining, allowing them to freely attend school classes, travel, or pursue self-development before starting. Both those expected to graduate in February and August next year, as well as graduates, are eligible to apply.
The recruitment positions cover all departments, including partnership sales, marketing, product development, actuarial, investment, IT development, data analysis, insurance support, and management support.
The self-introduction questions for the document screening stage consist of three core questions asking about motivation for applying, job strengths and experiences, and goals. Final candidates are selected through document screening, practical interviews, executive interviews, and the internship process.
Candidates who pass the executive interview will gain practical internship experience in the department of their applied field for a total of 6 weeks between January and February 2024. During this period, Hanwha Life will comprehensively evaluate financial understanding tests, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and more.

To address applicants’ questions about the company and job positions, Hanwha Life will hold an online live recruitment briefing session on its YouTube channel at 7 p.m. on the 13th. The recruitment process will be introduced in detail, followed by a Q&A session. The first 300 applicants who register in advance to attend the online live briefing will receive a small gift.
Additionally, an interview video featuring employees who joined this year, introducing the company in a friendly and detailed manner, will be posted on the Hanwha Life YouTube channel on the 6th. It will also include 'Jikterview: Job Introduction Interview' videos where current practitioners introduce their roles.
