According to the legal community on the 31st, Nam filed a complaint through her legal representative in the afternoon, accusing Jeon of fraud, attempted fraud, defamation by false facts, trespassing, and threats. The complaint stated that Jeon deceived his identity and interfered with Nam's fencing academy operations.
Additionally, Nam filed a complaint against a person presumed to be Jeon's biological mother for fraud and attempted fraud, and sued Councilman Kim Min-seok for defamation by false facts after he raised suspicions of 'fraud accomplice' against her.
Earlier, on the 28th of last month, Councilman Kim submitted a petition to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency requesting an investigation into suspicions of fraud and attempted fraud involving Nam and Jeon. At that time, Kim claimed, "Nam received luxury bags and other gifts from Jeon. Jeon even told victims requesting their investment money back that 'you can ask Nam Hyun-hee,' indicating a close relationship," urging an investigation into Nam's alleged collusion.
In particular, on the 30th and 31st of last month, Kim demanded via his social network service (SNS) that Nam return the expensive luxury items she received from Jeon.
He said, "I officially demand a response from Nam Hyun-hee. To prove that she did not sell the car and luxury goods, please verify the car number and the date the photo was taken," adding, "Victims are afraid that Nam might have sold the car and luxury goods. If Nam cares about the victims, she should first use all the 'unwanted luxury items' to compensate the victims."

After learning that Nam had filed a complaint against him with the police, Councilman Kim announced via SNS that he would file a counter-complaint.
He stated, "I only mentioned what was reported in the media and the testimonies and evidence from informants," and added, "Since she sued me to find the truth, I will also sue to verify the facts."
He further said, "I hope that through this mutual lawsuit, the clear truth will be revealed. As the truth comes to light, I also hope the victims' recovery will be achieved."
Meanwhile, under current law (Act on the Regulation of Concealment of Criminal Proceeds), criminal proceeds or property acquired from criminal proceeds can be confiscated. According to Article 9 of the law, if a person other than the offender acquires property after the crime knowing the circumstances, the property shall be confiscated. However, if the person neither knows nor is involved in the circumstances of the case, the right to acquire the property is maintained.
Regarding this, Councilman Kim pointed at Nam, saying, "Is the reason for her statement to report Jeon an attempt to exploit the loophole in the law that says 'if you emphasize you don't know about the criminal situation, it becomes yours,' intending to keep luxury goods stained with victims' tears?"
