Seongbuk-gu Expands Safe Lease Contract Assistance Service for Single-Person Households in Jeon and Wolse Areas

Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) is temporarily expanding the operation of the ‘Safe Lease Contract Assistance Service for Single-Person Households’ to support single-person households facing difficulties in real estate contracts.
Previously, the service was operated twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, but from November 1 to December 31, it will be expanded to five times a week, from Monday to Friday. The hours remain the same, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
The ‘Safe Lease Contract Assistance Service for Single-Person Households’ is a project that supports single-person households, such as young adults starting their careers, who have difficulties with real estate contracts. Residential safety managers familiar with local community conditions are appointed to provide consultation on lease contracts and accompany clients to view properties.
Additionally, to promote the Safe Lease Contract Assistance Service for Single-Person Households and improve accessibility, bus audio advertisements will be conducted around university areas located in Seongbuk-gu (Korea University, Kookmin University, Hansung University).
