On the 28th, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it is recruiting tenants for the 'Anseong Mat-chum Youth Housing,' a housing support project for local youth.
'Anseong Mat-chum Youth Housing' is linked with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH)'s 'Regional Demand Customized Purchase Rental Project,' providing five youth purchase rental houses on Jungang-ro in Anseong City to local youth. The city explained that the deposit and rent for the supplied houses are set at about 40-50% of the market price.

Eligibility requires applicants to be unmarried youth without a house as of the announcement date (27th). Income and asset criteria specify that the applicant's monthly average income must be 120% or less of the previous year's average monthly income for a single urban worker household (4,024,661 KRW), with total assets not exceeding 299 million KRW and car value not exceeding 36.83 million KRW.
