hy is strengthening research on personalized health functional foods and individual functional materials in response to the growing consumer interest in immunity and health management.
Recently, at the 2023 Korean Society of Food and Nutrition Science Annual Conference held at BEXCO in Busan, hy presented research results related to functional materials such as probiotics and natural substances.
This research was conducted jointly with four domestic universities. Through animal experiments, hy and the research team confirmed the changes in the intestinal microbial environment and the suppression effect on hypersensitive immune responses of the patented probiotic 'MPRO3'. They also revealed the antibacterial effect against Helicobacter pylori and the reduction of inflammation levels caused by infection of the individual recognition raw material 'Kkujibbeong Leaf Extract'. In addition, they presented research results on the improvement effects and safety of 'Cham Nari Extract' intake on human joint health, as well as the effects of consuming the plant extract mixture (HY_IPA) on alleviating hangovers.
