3rd Quarter Stock-Related Bond Exercise Amount Increases by 14.3%
The number of stock-related bond exercises in the third quarter of this year decreased compared to the previous quarter, but the exercise amount increased.
According to the Korea Securities Depository on the 26th, the exercise amount of stock-related bonds in the third quarter was recorded at 942.4 billion KRW. This is a 14.3% increase compared to the previous quarter. The number of exercises was 1,415, a 7.6% decrease from the previous quarter.
By type, the number of rights exercises for convertible bonds (CB) was 828, down 20.5% from the previous quarter, but exchangeable bonds (EB) increased by 22.5% to 87 cases, and bonds with warrants (BW) also rose by 19.3% to 500 cases.

By type, the exercise amount for CB was 786.1 billion KRW, up 10.4% from the previous quarter, EB was 78.7 billion KRW, up 32.3%, and BW was 77.6 billion KRW, up 45.9%, respectively.
