11st Partners with KakaoPay to Offer Easy Payment Function
11st announced on the 25th that it will strengthen its simple payment function by signing a business agreement with Kakao Pay.

On the afternoon of the 24th, 11st and Kakao Pay promised cooperation to enhance user convenience and expand benefits at the Kakao Pay office located in Pangyo. For the partnership, 11st was represented by President Ahn Jung-eun, and Kakao Pay by CEO Shin Won-geun along with key executives from both companies. The two companies agreed to expand discussions into a wide range of areas including discount and reward promotions, insurance partnerships, based on their online payment service cooperation.
Accordingly, from November 1st, Kakao Pay payment services will be available on 11st, and a promotion commemorating the launch of Kakao Pay payment service will be held through 11st’s biggest annual shopping festival, the ‘Grand 11th Day’.
The business partnership between 11st and Kakao Pay was pursued in line with 11st’s strategy to enhance payment convenience and Kakao Pay’s strategy to strengthen its payment ecosystem. 11st currently offers various payment methods including simple payment SK Pay, prepaid payment SK Pay Money, Payco, convenience store payments, and mobile T-money. To ensure customers can use payment services with confidence, it improves the shopping experience through a fraud detection system and thorough security operations, and continuously adds various services such as expanding immediate payment including the introduction of Kakao Pay to eliminate payment inconveniences.
