Grand Korea Leisure (GKL), which operates the foreigner-only casino 'Seven Luck,' announced on the 24th that it will conduct orientation training for 29 new employees in 2023.

After entering the GKL Talent Training Center, new employees will receive training for 3 weeks for general positions and 12 weeks for sales positions (dealers). General employees will complete mandatory legal education along with basic competency, service skills, and job training before being assigned to departments. Dealers will undergo 10 weeks of practical game training, basic foreign language, and service education, followed by 2 weeks of on-site training before being deployed to the sales floor.
