BNK Busan Bank, Over 500 Employees Participate in 'Volunteering with the Community'
‘Busan Bank Community Service Group’ Active Monthly in 16 Districts and Counties of Busan
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) conducted an environmental cleanup volunteer activity on the morning of the 21st across 16 districts and counties in the Busan area.
As part of the monthly ongoing ‘Busan Bank District and County Volunteer Group’ activities, about 500 employees participated for two hours starting from 8 a.m.
The volunteer groups simultaneously carried out activities at various famous spots in Busan, including Geumjeong-gu Yeoul Ecological Forest, Dongnae Eupseong, and Bukhang Waterfront Park.
Kang Seok-rae, Head of Management Planning at Busan Bank, said, “We hope this helps make popular local attractions more pleasant for many citizens,” adding, “The Busan Bank volunteer group will continue to promote practical social contribution activities that communicate with the local community.”

Since the launch ceremony of the ‘Busan Bank District and County Volunteer Group’ in June, Busan Bank has designated the third Saturday of every month as ‘Local Volunteer Day’ and has been carrying out various volunteer activities in the 16 districts and counties of Busan where help is needed.
More than 500 employees of BNK Busan Bank are carrying out volunteer activities together with the local community.
