In the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of the crime scene, a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, arrived on a motorcycle in front of the gold and silver shop. After looking around, he began breaking the store’s glass window with a hammer he had prepared.
Mr. A, who covered his face with a helmet, entered the shop and took several precious metals displayed in the store. Although a security smoke bomb installed by a private security company spread inside the shop, Mr. A ignored it and quickly fled after taking about 50 million won worth of precious metals.
