Prototype Production in the First Half of Next Year, Mass Production in 2025
HD Hyundai Infracore will supply battery packs for trucks to Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles.
On the 19th, HD Hyundai Infracore announced that it has recently agreed to supply battery packs for Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles' trucks. Prototype production will begin in the first half of next year. Mass production will start in 2025 to supply Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles.

Based on battery modularization and pack design technology, HD Hyundai Infracore plans to develop battery packs that are lightweight and compact with high energy density. They will develop commercial vehicle battery packs that meet the highest level of the international functional safety standard, ASIL C grade.
Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles will participate in the validation and product development of the developed battery packs, cooperating to apply them to various vehicle types such as medium and small trucks, cargo trucks, and special-purpose vehicles.
