Dong-A University Law Research Institute and Law Firm Sai Sign Industry-Academic Cooperation Agreement
The Dong-A University Institute of Legal Studies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for industry-academia cooperation with the law firm Sai.
The signing ceremony was recently held at Dong-A University's Bumin Campus, attended by key representatives from both institutions, including Director Kim Yong-ui and Representative Attorney Kim Shin.
Through this agreement, the two institutions have agreed to collaborate on research projects and educational fields, and to seek various institutional and legal support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions.
They also pledged to join forces to provide practical assistance to these SMEs in addressing legal issues they face in reality.
Established in 1985, the Dong-A University Institute of Legal Studies is an organization that has contributed to supporting legal research and education by researchers and nurturing the next generation of scholars.
It is the only legal research institute in Korea that publishes two academic journals registered with the Korea Research Foundation: 東亞法學 (Dong-A Law Journal) and Dong-A Journal of International Business Law.
