Allicon Selected as 'Saessak' Job Partner Company for Youth Employment Academy
Supporting Various Job Search Activities Through Rocket Punch and Jibmusil

Offline work platform RocketPunch and office space operator Allicon announced on the 18th that they have been selected as job partner companies for the Seongdong and Dongdaemun campuses of the youth employment academy 'SeSAC,' operated by the Seoul Business Agency (SBA).
SeSAC is an educational program that provides digital practical training in the Fourth Industrial Revolution fields to foster innovative talent and support job linkage. Allicon was recognized for successfully supporting job seekers through RocketPunch, a recruitment platform specialized for startups and information technology (IT) companies, and was selected as a job partner company. RocketPunch holds data on approximately 160,000 tech companies.
Over the next 15 months, Allicon will support various online and offline job-seeking activities and recruitment linkage activities for about 790 trainees at the Seongdong and Dongdaemun campuses who complete the SeSAC program. The main programs provided by Allicon include ▲ one-on-one job counseling and career coaching ▲ job matching days linked with hiring companies ▲ recruitment briefings ▲ practical projects based on recruitment-linked companies. Allicon plans to actively utilize the recruitment know-how and network accumulated over more than 10 years of operating RocketPunch.

Depending on the programs, participating trainees will be provided with workspace at Allicon’s residence-based distributed office, 'Jibmusil.' For trainees aspiring to start a business, a startup seminar is also being planned to provide guidance necessary for early entrepreneurs, from corporate establishment to business funding. Lee Sang-beom, director of Allicon, said, "We will leverage RocketPunch’s strength in connecting prepared talent with companies that have hiring needs to contribute to solving youth unemployment."
