Abley Amud Provides 'One-Stop' Support for K-Shopping Mall's Entry into Japan
Launch of Agency Services for Customs Clearance, Logistics, and Local Marketing
Amud, a Japanese shopping platform operated by style commerce company Abley, announced on the 18th that it will launch a 'one-stop' global service that handles the entire process required for domestic shopping malls to expand overseas, including payment, customs clearance, logistics, and local marketing.
Shopping malls listed on Abley can select products on the seller's homepage through Amud and simply click the 'Overseas Sales Link' button. Abley will handle the entire process, including product detail page translation, purchasing, overseas shipping, customs clearance, customer communication (CS), and marketing. Marketing activities to increase seller sales are also supported free of charge. The company explained that after piloting this service in July, more than 11,000 markets have entered Japan within three months.
Amud is Abley's first global service and a Japanese version of a women's shopping platform. Last year, it surpassed 3 million cumulative downloads in Japan and was the only shopping platform operated by a Korean company to rank in the 'Top 5' in shopping application downloads. It established itself in the local market by linking its self-developed artificial intelligence (AI) personalized recommendation technology with 180 million customer preference data accumulated in Japan.
