Eugene Investment & Securities, Early Redemption Step-Down ELS
Yujin Group's Yujin Investment & Securities will offer a public subscription for one type of early redemption step-down equity-linked securities (ELS) from the 16th to the 23rd.
The "461st ELS" is a 3-year maturity principal non-guaranteed product based on Samsung Electronics common stock, the S&P 500, and the EUROSTOXX 50 indices. The yield at early redemption or maturity can be up to a pre-tax annual rate of 8.1%.
According to the step-down structure of the "461st ELS," opportunities for early redemption and maturity redemption are provided every 6 months. On the early redemption evaluation dates, if the closing prices of all underlying assets are at least 85% of the initial reference price (at 6, 12, and 18 months), 80% (at 24 months), or 75% (at 30 months), early redemption will occur.
It features a no knock-in structure, and if all three underlying assets are at or above 65% of the initial reference price on the maturity evaluation date, investors will receive a pre-tax return of 24.30% (8.10% annually). If the price falls below 65%, principal loss may occur.
