The World Korean Business Convention is the new name for the 'World Korean Business Conference.' The World Korean Business Conference was launched in 2002, benchmarking the World Chinese Business Conference of Chinese overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to unite Korean ethnic businesspeople.
Until now, it has been held only domestically every year, but going forward, it will alternate between domestic and overseas locations. Aiming to be a World Korean Business Convention, the venue expansion overseas is intended to broaden the Korean business network base and activate the Korean business networks by country. Through the World Korean Business Convention, the status of Korean entrepreneurs, expanded into manufacturing, the 4th industrial revolution, smart industries, information and communication technology (IT), finance, environment, and culture, will be promoted worldwide.
