[Photo] Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation and Korea Sports Council Collaborate on Blockchain Technology for 'Digital Sports Industry'
The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Sports Council at the Korea Sports Council headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul, to cooperate on blockchain technology for the development of the digital sports industry. According to the agreement, the Minting Corporation plans to collaborate on services such as issuing and verifying sports-related certificates using blockchain technology. As the first case, the two organizations will additionally issue NFT (Non-Fungible Token) certificates to the winners of the National Sports Festival, which will be held from the 13th to the 19th.
