Mom's Touch to Open Pop-up Store in Shibuya, Tokyo on the 20th
Mom's Touch announced on the 11th that it will showcase a pop-up store, 'Mom's Touch Tokyo,' in Shibuya, Tokyo for three weeks from the 20th of this month to the 9th of next month. This is Mom's Touch's first pop-up store overseas.

The pop-up store will be located in the bustling Shibuya district of Tokyo, known for its high foot traffic and popularity among young people.
The concept of the pop-up store is 'WOW Taste, MOM's touch.' Inspired by the keyword 'WOW,' which appears when the brand name 'MOM' is reversed, the store plans to showcase Mom's Touch's unique competitiveness by overturning the existing fast-food market with an extraordinary taste, portion size, and quality that naturally elicit amazement.
The pop-up store will consist of five floors, from basement level 1 to the 4th floor above ground. On the 1st floor, ordered products will be cooked and served immediately, while the 2nd to 4th floors will be designed as spaces where customers can experience the brand through dining, photo zones, merchandise, and interactive events. Notably, the basement level 1 will be a collaborative space with the K-webtoon "Remarriage & Desires," which ranked first in the overall webtoon rankings on the Japanese web content platform 'Line Manga' in the first half of last year and continues to enjoy explosive popularity. Visitors can enjoy costumes, merchandise, and limited edition illustrations there.

The menu will offer a total of 10 items, including the signature chicken burger 'Ssaiburger,' which has dominated the domestic market, the 'Grilled Beef Burger' made using the smashed method where it is pressed and grilled on a high-temperature grill immediately after ordering, and 'Cajun Seasoned Fries' made with a secret seasoning from Louisiana-style Southern US cuisine. In particular, just like domestic stores, all cooking processes from battering to frying will be handmade in the kitchen, delivering an overwhelming taste and quality that cannot be experienced at existing fast-food brands to local consumers vividly.
