RaonSecure Exclusively Releases Three AniKun Artworks on OmniOne NFT
Raon Secure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung), a leading company in IT security and authentication, announced on the 11th that its subsidiary Raon Whitehat has exclusively launched limited edition NFT products by the popular artist ‘Anikoon (ANIKOON)’, who is highly favored by the MZ generation for empathetic communication using robots, on its operated platform ‘OmniOne NFT’.
OmniOne NFT is Korea’s first physical asset-backed utility NFT specialized marketplace. Through a partnership with the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, it sells pure gold NFTs that can be redeemed for physical gold. When purchasing a pure gold NFT on OmniOne NFT, the physical gold is securely stored in the vault of the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, allowing safe asset ownership.
Anikoon is a pop artist who incorporates robots, antique toys, and popular culture art into contemporary art, creating various works such as paintings, three-dimensional sculptures, and art toys. He actively exhibits his works not only in Korea but also overseas in cities like London and New York. Through various solo and group exhibitions domestically and internationally, he has built a strong fandom among the younger generation.
The newly launched NFT product is a limited edition merged NFT that combines three of Anikoon’s artworks with 1g of pure gold, enhancing its collectible value. It consists of an ‘Anikoon Artwork NFT’ that can be stored in an NFT wallet and a ‘card-type product attached with physical gold.’ The artwork NFT is issued using Raon Whitehat’s OmniOne blockchain technology, making it tamper-proof and counterfeit-resistant, while the physical gold is securely stored in the vault of the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation until the buyer receives it. Even after receiving the physical gold, the artwork NFT can be permanently owned.
OmniOne NFT also supports creators to freely mint and sell their artworks as NFTs on the platform.
Lee Soon-hyung, CEO of Raon Secure, said, “Following the collaboration with SmarsWorld in July, OmniOne NFT has once again launched NFT products with high collectible value through cooperation with an artist who has formed a strong fandom. We will continue to introduce diverse, creative, and desirable digital assets on OmniOne NFT to provide new experiences for NFT buyers and creators.”
