SK Natural Farm 'ProBio Saeng Yusanggyun First'
Probiotic health functional foods marketed as 'Saengyusanggyun' have been ordered to stop sales and recall products by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (hereinafter 'MFDS'). The reason for the action is the deficiency in the content of key ingredients.
According to the MFDS Food Safety Nara on the 9th, the MFDS issued a Grade 3 recall order for the product 'ProBio Saengyusanggyun First' manufactured by SK Natural Farm, a health functional food company located in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province. This is because the number of probiotics contained in the product did not meet the standard.

View original imageAccording to the testing agency (Seoul Institute of Health and Environment Research), the analysis of the product's ingredients showed that the number of probiotics was 15 million CFU/2.5g, which is less than one-sixth of the standard 100 million CFU/2.5g. The recalled product's expiration date is March 28, 2025, and the barcode number is '8809718810121'.
Consumers who have purchased or are currently consuming this product should stop intake and request a return to the place of purchase. For detailed information, contact the customer center indicated on the product.

This product was found to have coliform bacteria exceeding the standard. The recalled product is in 200ml units, with a manufacturing date of September 18, 2023, and an expiration date 180 days from the manufacturing date.
