US Adds 336,000 Jobs in September... Nearly Double the Expected Amount
A Significant Increase Compared to Last Month's 187,000 Units
Last month, the number of new jobs in the United States increased by more than 330,000, nearly double the market expectations.
The U.S. Department of Labor released an employment report on the 6th (local time), stating that nonfarm payrolls increased by 336,000 in September compared to the previous month. The job growth last month was nearly twice the expert forecast of 170,000 compiled by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ). It was also a significant increase compared to the previous month (187,000).

The unemployment rate remained at 3.8%, the same as the previous month, and was 0.1 percentage points higher than the expected rate of 3.7%.
