The campaign focused on areas around schools and densely populated commercial districts by distributing 'Youth Harmful Environment OUT!' leaflets and attaching stickers to businesses that did not display the prohibition sticker against selling alcohol and tobacco to those under 19 years old.
In particular, convenience stores, general restaurants, and karaoke rooms frequently visited by youth around elementary schools were inspected to ensure strict ID verification when selling alcohol and tobacco, and to enforce strict adherence to youth entry time restrictions.
