The Graymat Award-winning works were planned by winners in their 20s, inspired by their experience working in the food and beverage industry. The first-place winner who planned the October flavor 'Choco, Uri Hazel Nut' is a 22-year-old student who said they developed the recipe inspired by the combination of ingredients familiar from working part-time at a cafe and the product name inspired by a popular dating show at the time. 'I am Ddalgi Chio' is also a recipe proposed by the 27-year-old second-place winner, a pastry chef and barista, who explained that the idea came up while making a pistachio strawberry cake during the Graymat Contest participation and was applied to ice cream as well.
