Im Sung-jae and Kim Si-woo, gold medalists in the team event at the Hangzhou Asian Games, served as one-day coaches.
CJ Group announced on the 5th that "the two players invited 40 promising middle and high school golf players to the ‘Locker Room with TEAMCJ’ event held on the 4th at Hasley Nine Bridges Golf Club in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province." Im Sung-jae and Kim Si-woo shared behind-the-scenes stories of the Asian Games and held a talk concert addressing junior players' questions about challenging the PGA Tour, followed by coaching the juniors' shots at the practice range.

Im Sung-jae took charge of driver shots, while Kim Si-woo focused on approach shots around the green. After demonstrating themselves, they checked and corrected the junior players' swings. Im Sung-jae said, "This was the first time since turning pro that I spent time like this with junior players. I regret not being able to provide longer one-on-one coaching, but if there is another opportunity, I want to give more detailed guidance." Kim Si-woo also shared, "Meeting these junior hopefuls brought back memories and was very pleasant. I hope to see the juniors we met today succeed and compete together on the U.S. stage."

Locker Room with TEAMCJ is CJ’s social contribution program supporting promising players who have talent and passion and dream of becoming the global ‘Number 1.’ It consists of programs and mentoring that provide practical help to athletes. The program will be expanded to various sports in the future. This event included representatives from the PGA Tour and the LPGA Tour in the Asia-Pacific region.
