View original imageAt around 2:08 a.m. on the 29th, a 119 emergency call was received reporting that a man was hanging from power lines at a 14-story complex building in Sang-dong, Bucheon. Fire authorities found Mr. A (in his 20s) hanging from air conditioner power lines between buildings at the height of the 7th floor and rescued him using a ladder truck. Mr. A sustained a bruise on his forehead but was reported to have no serious injuries.
