Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 5,684 Units Nationwide in October
Next month, 13 mid-sized housing companies are scheduled to offer around 5,600 apartment units for sale.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 30th that, based on the housing sales plans collected from its member companies, a total of 5,684 units will be supplied across 13 projects nationwide by 13 companies in October.
This represents a 93% increase (2,742 units) compared to the previous month (2,942 units). However, it is a 37% decrease (3,380 units) compared to the same month last year (9,064 units).
By region, the Seoul Metropolitan Area accounts for 2,901 units. Gyeonggi Province leads with 2,178 units being sold, followed by Seoul with 199 units and Incheon with 524 units.

In the provinces, Ulsan has the highest number with 1,703 units. This is followed by Daejeon with 660 units, Gyeongnam with 221 units, Jeju with 123 units, and Busan with 76 units.
