Ending Poverty, Health, and Well-being... 'Ulsan Sustainable Development Citizen School' Opens

Education on Understanding and Implementing Sustainable Development
The Ulsan Sustainable Development Citizens' School, which explores the goals and methods of sustainable development, will be held.
On the 27th, Ulsan City announced that the Ulsan Sustainable Development Council (Chairman Shin Mankyun) will operate the 'Sustainable Development Citizens' School' from October to November to help understand and practice the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Sustainable Development Goals consist of 17 goals (such as poverty eradication, ending hunger, health and well-being) adopted at the 70th United Nations General Assembly in 2015 to achieve sustainable development.
They aim to pursue sustainable economic growth, inclusive society, and overcoming climate and environmental crises so that not only the current generation but also future generations can enjoy a better life and realize sustainable development.
This citizens' school, prepared to achieve sustainable development, will be conducted in the form of lectures by experts in each field of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Anyone can participate, and about 20 individuals and 4 teams from institutions and organizations will be recruited.
Individuals can participate in the education (citizens' school) held five times in total in October at the Ulsan Sustainable Development Council lecture room.
Institutions and organizations can receive education (visiting citizens' school) with instructors visiting directly in November.
